You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Arclane provides autonomous business operations including content creation, market research, strategy planning, and related services. The Service operates through execution cycles that consume credits based on your subscription plan.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
The Starter plan includes a 3-day trial period. You may cancel during the trial at no charge. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew at the stated price.
Credit packs are one-time purchases and are non-refundable. Unused subscription credits do not roll over to the next billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until then.
We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.
You retain ownership of the business descriptions and information you provide to the Service. Content generated by Arclane on your behalf is owned by you.
You grant us a limited license to use your input data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Content generated by the Service is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
